Hello all, No question that the different references are necesary. However, somewhere should be mentioned that there are certain limitations to the right of expression such as promotion of racism, public order, public morals (e.g.paedophile propaganda)national or religious hatred, propaganda for war, etc.etc. (Cf.for instance art 19/3; 20/1; 20/2.but there are others) I also have in mind such horrors as Radio Mille Collines. Also the Convention on Elimination of all forms of discrimination against women (1979) is mentioned, but not the International Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination (1965). Why not have a para on this aspect without necesarily citing all treaties (protection of women, racial discrimination, rights of the child, etc.)?
